Client builds matter. Retronic DirectX is not supported by this release. A server name or Tibia version alone does not guarantee compatibility. Updated clients may need a new profile.
Know your client
Include the server name, exact client version and whether you run OpenGL or DirectX. A link to the server's official client download is useful.
